Moose Jaw Police responded to 39 calls for service.

8:34 am – Unwanted Guest – Two adult guests were not wanted at the location. The guests left voluntarily.

8:41 am – Break and Enter – A business was broken into, and $660 worth of merchandise was taken. The incident is still under investigation. 

9:29 am – Assault – An adult subject assaulted the complainant. The subject left the location in a vehicle. The subject was located and charged for assault, exceeding .08, and impaired driving.

11:45 am – Dispute – A family dispute occurred and the complainant was seeking advice. The complainant was provided advice and options and will follow up with the options provided.

1:26 pm – Obstruct a Peace Officer – A known subject fled officers. A warrant was issued for the arrest of the subject.

3:57 pm – Found Property – Property was left at a business. The property was exhibited for destruction.

4:47 pm – Unwanted Guest – The subject was located at the address intoxicated. The subject was arrested and will be released on an Officer in Charge Recognizance when sober.

4:53 pm – Unwanted Guest – A subject was asked to leave the address and refused. The subject left upon police arrival.

6:31 pm – Unwanted Guest – A subject was not wanted at the address. The subject was gone upon police arrival.

6:42 pm – Suspicious Person – A subject was trying to enter a building and got quite agitated when he was told he could not enter. The subject was gone when police arrived.

8:23 pm – Assist to Locate – A youth subject had not returned home. The subject was located and returned home in good health.

8:36 pm – Dispute – Two subjects were having a dispute. The subjects were separated for the night.

8:47 pm – Hit and Run – A vehicle was hit causing approximately $1000.00 of damage. This is still under investigation to speak with the registered owner.

9:03 pm – Suspicious Occurrence – A complainant was concerned someone was inside the house. The house was checked and there was no one inside. The complainant went to stay with family for the night.

10:19 pm – Suspicious Occurrence – A complainant returned home and the lights were on. The caller was concerned someone was inside. The house was checked and no one was inside.

10:36 pm – Noise Bylaw – A complainant called to report loud music and noises. Upon arrival there was no noise, and the subject was advised to keep the noise level down.

11:55 pm – Intoxicated Person – The subject was inside a business causing trouble. The subject was located and sent home in a cab.
