Moose Jaw Police responded to 34 calls for service.

8:48 am – Collision – Two vehicles were towed and there were no injuries. Approximately $20,000 in damage was done, and one ticket was issued for proceeding from a stop sign before safe.

9:24 am – Parking Bylaw – A vehicle was parked for over 6 months. The tires were marked and police will follow up in 48 hours.

10:09 am – Fraud – The owner of a recovered stolen vehicle had cheques inside that are now being used. This is still under investigation.

10:20 am – Theft – Between 2:00 am and 3:00 am on February 20, a subject entered a building and stole a surveillance camera, slashed the tires on a vehicle parked outside and stole items from the vehicle. This is still under investigation.

11:10 am – Theft – A complainant noticed a licence plate was stolen off a vehicle and replaced with another. This is still under investigation.

11:22 am – Suspicious Person – An adult was going through boxes and garbage cans outside a building, asking people for drugs and money. The individual was gone on police arrival.

1:04 pm – Collision – One vehicle hit a bridge. There were no injuries or tow. Approximately $3,000 in damage.

3:27 pm – Traffic Obstruction – A semi ran out of fuel and was partially blocking highway. The semi refuelled and moved on.

4:03 pm – Break and Enter – An alarm went off at a residence. There was approximately $4,000 in damages, and nothing obvious was taken.

4:43 pm – Collision – A two vehicle tow occurred, causing approximately $20,000 in damage. One ticket was issued for proceeding when unsafe.

6:23 pm –Unwanted Guest – A complainant was calling with an unwanted guest in the apartment. The individual was arrested with outstanding warrants.

8:50 pm – Erratic Driving – A driver was all over the road and hitting their brakes.  The license plate was obtained, this is still under investigation for police to speak with the owner.
