Moose Jaw Police responded to 43 calls for service.

12:39 pm – Fraud – A $7,000 purchase was made. The item was received but was not operational.

12:42 pm – Wellbeing Check – The subject was spoken to and was fine.

2:28 pm – Assistance to Sick Person – The subject was spoken and was ok.

2:37 pm – Assist to Locate – The subject was spoken to and was with a friend.

3:27 pm – Hit and Run – Both drivers were located and were spoken to.  No damage was done to either vehicle.

4:08 pm – Mischief to Vehicle – The damage occurred a week ago.

4:12 pm – Municipal Bylaw – A dog was barking.  The homeowner is to be charged under the Bylaw.

4:12 pm – Trespassing – A subject who has been given a ban was on a property.  The subject is to be charged with trespassing.

4:24 pm – Two Vehicle Accident – Police assisted with a name exchange.

4:24 pm – Theft – A gas drive off occurred.  The plate number was obtained and this is still under investigation.

5:29 pm – Dispute – This is still under investigation for police to speak with all parties.

8:14 pm – Dispute – The situation was calm on police arrival.

8:47 pm – Dispute – This was mediated on police arrival.

9:26 pm – Wellbeing Check – The subject was spoken to and was with friends. They were safe for the night.

10:24 pm – Report of an Intoxicated Driver – The vehicle was not located but a description and plate number were obtained.

11:06 pm – Traffic Stop – The driver was charged with obstructing police by providing a false name.  The subject was held for court.

1:36 am – Fraudulent use of Credit Cards – Charges were laid.

1:53 am – Traffic Stop Conducted – Minors were issued a ticket for smoking cannabis in a motor vehicle.

Police responded to two parking bylaw infractions.
Police assisted other agencies in four cases.
