Moose Jaw Police responded to 47 calls for service.

7:37 am – Assist to Locate – The subject was located in good health and the family was advised.

10:54 am – Mischief – The front window of a residence was broken, causing approximately $200 of damage.  The subject responsible is to be charged.

11:20 am – Theft Under – Miscellaneous property was taken and the suspect is known.  Police are still investigating to obtain video.

11:40 am – Theft Under – Property was taken sometime in the last few days.  This was reported for informational purposes.

12:10 pm – Bylaw – Pedestrian was splashed by a vehicle driving by and spoke with the driver who was belligerent.  The plate number and vehicle description obtained, and the registered owner is to be spoken to.

12:23 pm – Hit & Run – This occurred sometime over the weekend, causing approximately $300 of damage.

12:30 pm – Theft Under – Alcohol was stolen, and the suspect was on video.  Police are investigating to obtain video and identify the suspect.  Charges are pending.

12:43 pm – Obstruct Police – The subject is to be charged.

2:07 pm – Restraining Order – The subject wished for a Peace Bond against a person known to them.  A statement was obtained, and this is still under investigation.

2:09 pm – Found Property – Property was located on the street turned in to police.

2:19 pm – MVA – A two vehicle collision resulted in approximately $10,000 of damage and one tow.

3:05 pm – Found Property – Property was found turned in to police. 

3:47 pm – Assault – Charges are pending.

5:31 pm – Theft from Vehicle – This occurred over the weekend. A vehicle was entered with money and the vehicle registration being taken.

7:29 pm – Theft of Auto – Sask plate 223KRV was stolen by a subject known to the owner.  The vehicle was located by police; however, the driver fled in the vehicle.  RCMP was notified as the subject left the city.  RCMP located the vehicle and driver, resulting in the driver being charged with impaired driving, theft of a motor vehicle and flight from police.  The subject was held in cells until sober.

9:39 pm – Impaired Driving – The plate number and vehicle description were obtained from a vehicle suspected of being driven by an impaired driver due to their driving actions.  The area was searched; however, the vehicle was not located.  Police are investigating to speak with the registered owner.

10:03 pm – Mischief/Theft from Vehicle – The window was smashed on a vehicle and change was taken.

10:08 pm – Drug Possess – Two subjects were found to be in possession of marijuana.  The marijuana was seized and the subjects were issued a warning.

2:21 am – Breach Court Order – RCMP was advised of a vehicle being driven erratically heading towards the city.  The vehicle was located and a routine traffic stop was conducted.  The subject was found to be in breach of their court order.  The subject was charged and released for court at a later date and was driven home by police.

2:40 am – Well Being Check – The subject was located at home in good health.

Police responded to two parking bylaw infractions.
Police executed three warrants.
