A Novice 2 driver on picked up a $538 ticket yesterday on Highway 1.

Moose Jaw Police stopped the driver, who was going 153 km/h on the highway, and a subsequent fluid roadside test came back positive for THC. 

In addition to the ticket, the driver got a 60-day licence suspension, and a 3-day vehicle impoundment.
