UPDATE: Highway Hotline reports that Highway 39 is now open on both lanes.

A motor vehicle collision has occurred on Highway 39 near Highway 714 just outside Rouleau. 

Witnesses report the incident involves multiple trucks in a pile-up.

All lanes are closed and police are on site responding to the incident. 

Motorists are advised to reduce speed, be prepared to stop and to use an alternate route.
