Fresh off their mini-camp last week and with the CFL Draft on the horizon this week, the Saskatchewan Roughriders continue to tweak their roster.

The Green and White signed three players, released one and had another retire on Monday.

International offensive lineman Takoby Cofield joins the Riders. The six-foot-four, 315-pounder played four seasons at Duke (2011-14) and has spent time with the NFL's Washington Redskins, Seattle Seahawks and Oakland Raiders.

They also inked international linebacker Akeem Davis, who had 162 defensive tackles over four seasons at Memphis (2009-12). He has signed with seven different NFL teams over the past three years, most recently Jacksonville and Kansas City in 2016.

Justin Horton also signed with Saskatchewan. The six-foot-two international defensive lineman played five seasons at Jacksonville University (2012-16). He had 7.5 sacks and four forced fumbles in 42 career games. He signed with the NFL’s Jaguars in 2017.

The Rider also announced that they have released national defensive lineman Cory Robinson, while international defensive back Melvin White has retired.

The CFL Draft is coming up on Thursday this week.
