The Moose Jaw Museum and Art Gallery will be holding a fundraising holiday gala at their gallery on Saturday, December 9th at 7 p.m.  Tickets are $30, and can be purchased either on their website, or in person at the gallery. 

Jennifer Ross, operations manager, says attendees will be treated to tours of the facility. “We will be having vault tours, as well as a live and silent auction." 

The curator will take people to tour the art and artifact spaces where the permanent collection is located. 

The auctions will include works by a variety of local and regional artists such as Rob Froese, Rebecca La Marre, Stan Channing, Belinda Harrow, Sylvia Ziemann, Jody Greenman-Barber, Dave Pelletier, and David Thauberger. There are numerous media types up for auction, including ceramics, photographs, prints, paintings, and woven baskets.  

Funds raised by the event will go to towards exhibitions and public programming events at the MJMAG. 

Deadline for ticket purchase is December 9th.
