Members of the Moose Jaw Economic
Development Commission are staying tight lipped about the branding
campaign that is about to be launched in the Friendly City.
The local group has been working for
some time on the project that will help Moose Jaw get more attention
on the national and international markets. Its a way to attract new
investors to our city and possibly new jobs.
The EDC is planning a special launch
for the end of the month and Councillor Dawn Luhning says it'll be
pretty interesting. "We've come up with a concept but
I can't tell you want that concept is. We're really excited about it
and the one that they utilized turned out to be very, very good and I
think people are going to be happy with it. Its really exciting and
way better than the 'I love Regina' campaign."
The slogan, logo and other details are
expected to be revealed at a special luncheon at the end of the
month, followed by a public kick off.
