Cover up, allow some extra time and if you can, limit your amount of time outside. We're under an extreme cold warning and there are some communities in the province that started the day in the -45 range when you factor in the wind.

Because of the wind and the arctic air over the province, the majority of us can expect to see wind chill factors in the -40 range. Things took a turn Wednesday afternoon and continued to drop through the night.

The cold warnings from Lloydminster down through Moose Jaw and onto the extreme southeast corner of the province. We're being told things will improve closer to the noon hour and a high of +3 for the weekend.
