It says here we should all be taking more naps

I'm reading a story from the website HealthyFoodHouse.comThe article tells us a "short siesta" is "highly beneficial".  In fact, it refers to a daytime nap as a "mini-vacation" and "an easy way to relax and rejuvenate", giving "the body the needed boost" to "repair and reset".

There are so many things that can happen if we don't get enough rest.  The article says a "lack of sleep can trigger mood disorders, memory issues and cognitive and performance deficits.

It reminds me of my old Dad's lunch time naps.  He'd come home, have a bite to eat, stretch out on the couch and nap for 20 minutes.  He could just turn it off and snooze - out like a light - and then up and at 'em - energized and refreshed.

I don't know about you, but I just can't do it.  Oh, I try.  This past Saturday I thought I'd have a nap before watching Hockey Night in Canada.  I went down around 4 o'clock.  I woke up at midnight.  I can't nap.  I can hibernate...but I just can't nap.
