Briercrest College and Seminary will be rocking this weekend as "Youth Quake" makes its return.

1,800 people from around Canada will meet in Caronport on Friday to kick off the 3-day youth retreat.

"This has become a bit of a pilgrimage for youth groups across the country," said Youth Quake Director, AJ Crocker. "It's Saskatchewan's largest annual youth retreat."

According to the website, "With a mix of concerts, breakout sessions, activities, and our four main sessions, YQ becomes a perfect combination of festival and retreat."

"Our theme this year is The Narrow", said Crocker. "Jesus talks about the wide path that seems like everybody is traveling. It seems logical, but it leads to destruction. We're going to talk about what that narrow path looks like."

This will be the 56th year for the event and there is still some room to get registered. You can register online at Youth Quake's website.
