Christmas season is already underway with numerous trade shows planned these coming weeks.

On Saturday, a few separate events are planned to help with your holiday shopping.

The annual Vanier Christmas Craft anTradeshowow is taking place at Vanier Collegiate High School from 10 am to 3:30 pm. They have over 55 vendors there and it's for a good cause, as the silver plate entry fee to the show will be donated to Riverside Mission.

West Park Crossing Retirement Community will also be hosting a Christmas Craft and Trade Show for you to enjoy from 9 am to 3 pm.

The Western Development Museum is hosting something a little different with their Kids' Secret Shopping. Children 10 and under can do their Christmas shopping for their parents with help from a friendly elf. They also get to speak to Santa at the North Pole via Shortwave Radio thanks to the Moose Jaw Amateur Radio Club.

The Public Library has a book sale from 9:30 am to 3:00 pm and the Zion Christmas Sale is also on. With seasonal decorations, small bake sale, and more available at the Zion Social Hall, all admission costs is $2.00 or a donation of mitts, gloves, hats & scarves for children at local schools or men’s socks for Riverside.
