Saskatchewan Multi-Cultural week begins on Saturday and usually, the Moose Jaw Multi-Cultural Council hosts a dinner but COVID-19, is forcing some change.

Two cooking classes via Zoom will be held, one on November 20 and one on November 25.

The first class will learn how to make bolani, an afghan stuff flatbread and the second class will learn how to make Chinese fried rice.

One class is $10, and if you are looking to attend both classes it's $15. All proceeds will go towards the Multi-Cultural Council. To pay for the classes, E-transfer is accepted, along with dropping off money at the organization's building.

Participants are expected to cook along with the chefs, and a recipe list will be sent out before the classes begin.
