The City of Moose Jaw Tree of significance has been selected for 2019 and this year it's a large, silver maple at the corner of 4th Avenue SW and Iroquois St W and is the namesake tree of the Maple Leaf Bakery.

Today is National Tree Day, coinciding with National Forest Week. To celebrate each year, the City of Moose Jaw’s Tree of Significance program is held in conjunction with these events.

The City thanks all who supplied nominations, and invites you to view all Tree of Significance winners since the program’s inception in 2011) on the City’s website.
