With training camp arriving this weekend in Saskatoon, the Saskatchewan Roughriders announced that they have inked three of their five draft picks from the 2018 CFL Draft.

Linebacker Micah Teitz and defensive linemen Mathieu Breton and Tresor Buama-Mafuta signed with the Riders.

Teitz was selected in the second round with the 14th overall pick by the Riders. The six-foot-two, 225-pound linebacker played last season with the Calgary Dinos.

Saskatchewan snatched up the six-foot-seven Breton with the 36th overall pick in the fifth round, while they took Buama-Mafuta in the sixth round with the 45th pick.

All three players will be attending training camp, which starts on Sunday.

The Riders' first round pick, offensive lineman Dakoda Shepley, has signed with the NFL's New York Jets and isn't expected at training camp.

Also on Wednesday, the Riders announced that they have signed national running back Bryce Vieira.

The team also added territorial junior players in national defensive back Colton Holmes and linebacker Cody Peters, both from the Saskatoon Hilltops.

Saskatchewan Huskies quarterback Mason Nyhus will also be taking part in training camp with the Riders as part of the CFL Canadian Quarterback Internship Program.
