Three with ties to west-central Saskatchewan in RCMP release updated list of wanted offenders
Saskatchewan RCMP have released their latest monthly list of wanted offenders, highlighting individuals considered to present a potential risk to communities across the province. The list is compiled through a data-driven scoring system based on the national Crime Severity Index. Officials note the process does not factor in personal attributes such as age, gender, ethnicity or socio-economic background. Instead, it weighs the number and severity of an offender’s charges to help identify those who pose the greatest public safety concerns. Police say eight offenders featured in last month’s update have since been arrested. Following a September review, five new names have been added to the roster. Among those still being sought are three offenders with links to west-central Saskatchewan: Justine Durocher, 28, who faces charges including assault with a weapon, forcible confinement, and robbery with a restricted firearm. She is described as five-foot-two, 172 pounds, with black hair, brown eyes, and tattoos on her left arm and ear. Durocher may be in Keeseekoose First Nation, La Loche, North Battleford, Yorkton, or the Madge Lake area. Brenden Ross Taylor, 34, wanted for two counts each of sexual assault and sexual interference. He is described as five-foot-10, 149 pounds, with light brown hair and hazel eyes. Taylor may be in Cabri, Swift Current, or in Alberta communities including Edmonton and Coaldale. Dalton Nicotine, 32, also known as “Flipper,” “Dolphin,” or “Daneeko,” wanted on charges including assault causing bodily harm, forcible confinement, uttering death threats, and resisting arrest. He is described as five-foot-11, 166 pounds, with brown hair, brown eyes, burn scars on both forearms, and a teardrop tattoo under his right eye. Nicotine may be in the North Battleford area. The RCMP emphasize the public should not approach or attempt to apprehend any wanted person. Anyone with information on the whereabouts or activities of these individuals is asked to call 310-RCMP or 911 in an emergency.
