An adult female from Moose Jaw has been charged with trafficking cocaine after police executed a search warrant on the 600 block of 4th avenue NW.

Around 7:30 pm last night, police found approximately $3,000 worth of cocaine and a loaded prohibited handgun at the residence. 

An adult male from Calgary has also been charged with several offences including unauthorized possession of a firearm and possession of a weapon dangerous to the public.

Both individuals are being held in custody. Police continue to investigate.
