Moose Jaw Warriors goaltender Connor Ungar has been named the WHL Goaltender of the Week for the week ending April 2. 

Ungar has led the Warriors to a 2-0 series lead in the first-round matchup against the Lethbridge Hurricane. The Calgary product posted a 0.75 goals-against average and .973 save percentage. 

Ungar opened the playoffs with 50 saves in a 2-1 double-overtime win over the Hurricanes. He followed that by stopping 21 of 22 shots in a 5-1 win in Game 2. 

Ungar led all Eastern Conference goaltenders with a save percentage of .925 during the regular season. 

In 93 career WHL regular season and playoff appearances, Ungar has a record of 55-21-3-3, a 2.53 goals-against average, a .919 save percentage and three shutouts.
