A search warrant conducted on a residence in a Moose Jaw trailer court yesterday afternoon resulted in the arrests of two individuals. 

The search warrant was conducted by a collaboration between Moose Jaw Police Service’s Criminal Investigation Section, Community Policing Division, and the Moose Jaw RCMP Crime Reduction Team, with methamphetamine, drug trafficking paraphernalia, and replica firearms being found.  

42-year-old Jason Carey has been charged with Possession of Methamphetamine for the Purpose of Trafficking, Possession of Weapons Dangerous to the Public Peace, Possession of Firearms Contrary to a Prohibition Order, and Possession of Prohibited Weapons (Bear Spray). 

28-year-old Teanika Trew-Gawley has been charged with Possession of Methamphetamine for the Purpose of Trafficking. 

Both individuals are set to first appear in Moose Jaw Provincial Court on Thursday, December 14th.
