Another season is on the horizon.  The Moose Jaw Touch Football League kicks off on July 4th with a pair of games at Elks Field, the Rebels take on the Decepticons and the Renegades battle the Iron Men.

League Organizer Bob Craig tells us about the registration numbers, "We actually dropped a couple teams this year, last year we had eight, this year we're down to six teams, but they looks to be pretty competitive teams so it should be good."

Craig would like to see a bigger league, "As of now we're already getting ready to start so we're full now.  But, we're always looking for new teams and new players to come along.  Before the season got ready to go we were really pushing for getting more players and more teams out but haven't had a lot of success this year.'

The league is 7-on-7, non-contact.  It's a one quarterback system with everyone else being receivers.  For more information head to mjtfl.com.
