Caelan Fitzpatrick had two assists and the Brooks Bandits rolled to a 6-1 win on Tuesday at the Centennial Cup to finish pool play with a perfect 4-0 record and booked their ticket to the semi-finals on Saturday. Moose Jaw's Kirk Mullen and the Steinbach Pistons wrapped up pool play as well on Tuesday with a 3-1 loss to the Battlefords North Stars to complete their round-robin with a 1-0-2-1 record, while Brydon Bell and the Kam River Fighting Walleye fell 4-1 to the Collingwood Blues to finish off their tournament. 

A total of 24 runs were scored on Tuesday night at Ross Wells Park, as the Moose Jaw 18U AAA Canucks fell 14-10 to the Regina Wolfpack in extra innings. Nathan McDougall pitched 4 and 2/3 innings allowing only three runs on three hits while striking out five. Nathan Pisio and Owen Csada had a memorable night, as both hit the long ball for their first-ever home runs at the ballpark. 

It's going to be a busy weekend in Moose Jaw basketball, as the Premier Prairie Classic will take to the court starting on Friday. Divisions will span from U11 to U17 for both boys and girls with teams from across the province.

Three goals in a span of 45 seconds in the first period would help the Seattle Thunderbirds roll to a 6-3 on Tuesday in Game 3 of the Western Hockey League Final. Game 4 is on Wednesday in the pacific northwest. 

And the New York Yankees would double up the Toronto Blue Jays 6-3 at the Rogers Centre.
