The Moose Jaw Warriors will try to snag their first series lead of the second round on Tuesday, as they welcome the Winnipeg ICE to Hangar. Moose Jaw was able to walk away from the Manitoba capital with a 1-1 split after a 5-3 win on Saturday night. Brayden Yager had three goals last weekend and is looking forward to Games 3 & 4 at home.

"It will be huge, we love playing in this barn and the fans are great," says Yager in an interview with the Warriors', Marc Smith on Monday. "We hope they are cheering really loud, we're going to try to get them going and try to use them to our advantage."

The puck drop for Tuesday and Wednesday's games is at 7:00 p.m. at the Moose Jaw Events Centre. All the action can be heard on Country 100 with the voice of the Warriors' James Gallo kicking off the pre-game show at 6:40 p.m.

Tickets are still available to be purchased for Games 3 & 4 at the Moose Jaw Events Centre or Warriors front office.

The Saskatoon Blades are in Red Deer on Tuesday to take on the Rebels to try and get back in their Eastern Conference series, as they are down 2-0.

It was an exciting start to the NHL playoffs on Monday. Edmonton fell 4-3 in overtime to LA, the Wild needed two overtimes to seal the 3-2 win over Dallas, Boston won 3-1, and Carolina snuck past the Islanders 2-1. The Leafs and Jets get their playoffs going on Tuesday.

And the Blue Jays fell 9-2 in Houston on Monday night to open that three-game series with a loss.
