The Saskatchewan Roughriders are heading strong into the endgame of the season, after winning their 4th game in a row.

They brought the storm to Montreal on Friday, defeating the Alouettes under the crackling lightning and thunder, 17-10. They've been on the winning streak since their bye week hiatus after losing 37-10 to the Calgary Stampeders, and appear to be back in the league with a vengeance. Quarterback Cody Fajardo seems to be the flagbearer for this chapter of Roughrider Success, after playing as a backup for the past three CFL seasons.

Along with Fajardo in the last game, receivers Kyran Moore and Shaq Evans played a big role in the offensive side of the game, with Montreal also being countered by a defensive touchdown by Earl Okine.

With more Riders games to come after another bye week, you can see them back on the 24th, battling against the Ottawa Redblacks, on their home field in Regina. Just as sure as you are to witness the Sea of Green next game, you'll be sure to find more Riders coverage, right here on Discover Moose Jaw.
