A munch anticipated press conference is being held today in Regina as RCMP are expected to shed light on the cause of the Humboldt bus crash that claimed 16 lives an injured countless others.

The Commanding Officer of the Saskatchewan RCMP and members of the Forensic Collision Reconstruction Unit will address media at 11 o'clock today. Not much has been released in advance of the briefing other than no charges are expected to be announced.

Meanwhile, a monumental fundraising campaign has officially come to an end and will go down as the largest of it's kind in Canada. Just over $15 million had been raised as of midnight as the Humboldt Broncos GoFundMe Page was officially closed to donations.

The effort saw donations from around the world and was active for just 12 days.  The funds will support the families and victims of the terrible bus crash earlier this month.
