The Saskatchewan RCMP Major Crimes unit has confirmed that the deaths near Neudorf were a result of a murder-suicide. 

Police say a 67-year-old man, 58-year-old woman and 30-year-old man were murdered and a 34-year-old man died as a result of self-inflicted injuries. 

On March 24, Melville RCMP received a call for a wellness check at a rural residence near Neudorf. Officers attended the property and found four deceased people inside. 

Police had previously indicated that the deceased were two adult parents and two of their adult children. 

The families have been updated on the RCMP investigation and victim services have been made available to them. 

The RCMP say they are not seeking any other suspects in this investigation and no further updates are expected as no charges will be laid.
