Moose Jaw Police responded to 45 calls for service. 

8:36 am – Theft – A subject stole merchandise from a gas station. This is still under investigation.

12:44 pm – Driving Erratic – There was a report of cars speeding in a parking lot. The area was to be patrolled.

1:12 pm – Unwanted Guest – A person outside a business was yelling at customers. The person left upon police request.

1:39 pm – Mischief – There was a report of a person looking into windows and doors. The subject was located and police action was taken. 

2:56 pm – Theft – A known person entered a residence and took items. This is still under investigation.

3:44 pm – Smoking Bylaw – A person was smoking in the lobby of a business. The subject was sent on their way and was warned about trespassing and smoking.

4:53 pm – MVA – An accident occurred in a parking lot. The accident was non reportable.  Police assisted with a name exchange.

5:02 pm – Suspicious Person – There was concern for the well-being of a person walking in a park. The person was located and is fine.

5:34 pm – Break and Enter – There was a report of a person trying to get in to a residence. The subject was located and police action was taken.

7:14 pm – Suspicious Occurrence – There was concern of possible drug dealing in a parking lot. This is still under investigation.

8:09 pm – Unwanted Guest – There was a subject at the door of a residence. The person left at the request of police.

10:49 pm – Unwanted Guest – Unwelcome subjects were at a residence. The dispute was mediated by police.

11:01 pm – Assist Locate – the subject returned home on their own.

12:16 am – Unwanted Guest – A subject was acting strange at a business. They were located, confirmed to be ok and left the area.

2:57 am – False 911 – Accidental call.

3:29 am – Suspicious Occurrence – There was a report of someone possibly stealing parts off a vehicle. All was okay, and the vehicle was being boosted.

Police responded to eight 911 calls.
Police assisted other agencies in four cases.
PACT responded on one occasion.
