Police Report for March 25-26

Moose Jaw Police responded to 32 calls for service.

7:00 am – Driving Erratic – There was a report of a vehicle that was showing signs of a possible impaired driver. The driver was not impaired, but warned of his driving actions.

7:50 am – Suspicious Person – There was a report of two unknown persons going into residential yards. The subjects were located and warned.

9:06 am – Parking Bylaw – There was a report of numerous semis that are parked and blocking two way traffic. Police determined that the semis were not blocking traffic or any vehicle access.

10:41 am – Shoplifting – There was a report of a person shoplifting. Items taken were valued at approximately $45.00.

11:32 am – Well Being Check – There was a request to check on the well-being of a person. Police determined the individual to be fine.

11:48 am – Unwanted Guest – There was a report of a subject that is not to be at a premise. Police attended and the subject had already left.

11:51 am – Unwanted Guest – There was a report of a subject loitering outside of a business. Police attended and the subject willingly left.

12:01pm – Well Being Check – There was a request to check on the well-being of a person. Police determined the individual to be fine.

12:04 pm – Fraud/Other – There was a report of an email being hacked in an attempt to obtain money. No money was lost by the account holder.

12:09 pm – Theft Under – There was a report of items taken from a locked vehicle. Police determined the situation to be a property dispute.

12:31 pm – Unwanted Guest – There was a report of a subject loitering outside of a business. Police attended and the subject had already left.

1:06 pm – Suspicious Person – There was a report of an unknown person sleeping in a public location. Police attended and the subject had already left.

3:24 pm – Dispute – There was a report of a dispute between two parties over property. Police provided advice to mitigate the situation as it was a civil matter.

5:43 pm – Assist to Locate – There was a request to locate family members to check on their well-being. Family was located and safe.

6:43 pm – Driving Impaired – There was a report of occupants drinking and driving. This is still under investigation.

7:19 pm – Trespass – There was a report of a subject loitering outside of a business. Police attended and the subject had already left.

8:19 pm – Theft Under – There was a report of a theft of fuel worth $70.00. This is still under investigation.

9:08 pm – Dispute – There was a report of a dispute between two parties. The parties separated and the issue was resolved.

11:06 pm – Intoxicated Person – There was a report of an intoxicated person. Police attended and the subject agreed to stay in the care of another adult.
