Moose Jaw Police responded to 36 calls for service. 

7:03 am – Well Being Check – An adult was walking roadside with no shoes or proper weather clothing. The subject was located. They’d had a dispute with their partner and decided to walk.  They were transported to their residence. 

9:14 am – Dangerous Driving – A statement was given about a driver not stopping for a family in a crosswalk.  A ticket was to be issued. 

9:32 am – Collision – This involved two vehicles, one minor injury, and approximately $20,000 of damage. Both vehicles were towed. 

10:33 am – Suspicious Vehicle – The doors were left open for several hours on an empty lot.  The owner was located, advised it’s their son’s car and it had broken down.  They will be attending for repairs. 

10:57 am – Dangerous Driving – An adult was texting and driving. The caller was unwilling to give a statement and was unable to identify the driver.  The owner of the vehicle was warned. 

12:49 pm – Dispute – Neighbors were disagreeing about a shared driveway.  The situation was mediated and advice was given. 

2:00 pm – Well Being Check – An adult was sending alarming texts.  The subject was spoken to, and they were upset over a breakup. Will follow up tomorrow as well. 

4:29 pm – Dispute – A property dispute took place between adults. These were civil issues.  The situation was mediated. 

5:08 pm – Mischief – An ex-employee slashed tires.  A statement was to be given. This is still under investigation for charges. 

5:49 pm – Dispute – Parental disputes between 10-year-old children. 

8:51 pm – Theft – Unfounded. This was a relationship break up dispute. 

9:36 pm – Hit and Run – 800 blk Thatcher Dr E, a beige or silver Dodge Charger hit a white Honda Civic and fled.  This is still under investigation for video from a neighboring business. 

10:39 pm – Dispute – An adult was intoxicated and called 911.  They were upset over a marital break up, and were staying with a parent to be taken care of. 

Police executed two warrants. 
Police responded to one alarm call. 
Polie responded to six 911 calls.
