Moose Jaw Police responded to 52 calls for service. 

7:40 am – Vehicle Seizure – A driver was found to be suspended and driving an unregistered vehicle.  Two tickets were issued, and the vehicle was impounded for 30 days. 

8:16 am – Unwanted Guest – The area was searched, and the individual was gone upon police arrival.  

9:48 am – Attempted Theft – This was reported for informational purposes. 

10:03 am – Fraud – This is still under investigation for charges. 

11:31 am – Dispute – The caller had their vehicle repossessed and was advised to contact a lawyer as this is a civil matter. 

11:57 am – Motor Vehicle Accident – A two vehicle accident resulted in no injuries and one tow was needed. This resulted in approximately $9000 in damages.  One ticket was issued. 

12:06 pm – Theft of Auto – A vehicle was found to be taken by a family member.  The vehicle was returned. 

12:20 pm – Vehicle Seizure – A suspended driver had their vehicle impounded for 30 days. 

1:01 pm – Disturbance – The subjects were warned and sent on their way. 

1:28 pm – Unwanted Guest – A family dispute occurred at a local business. The subject left prior to police arrival. 

2:56 pm – Vehicle Seizure – The driver was found to be driving an unregistered vehicle. The vehicle was impounded for 7 days. 

4:16 pm – Barking Dog – The dog was inside on police arrival. 

4:31 pm – Theft – A vehicle was entered and change was taken, as well as a Garman GPS system.  The vehicle was parked in the 900 block of Laurier St. 

5:09 pm – Hit & Run - $3000 in damages resulted. This is still under investigation. 

5:17 pm – Theft – This is still under investigation to speak to the complainant. 

5:24 pm – Harassing Calls – The subject was warned to stay away from the complainant’s property. 

5:51 pm – Harassing Calls – The subject was warned and all parties involved were advised. 

6:53 pm – Well Being Check – The subject was located safe at home. 

7:52 pm – Assault – This is still under investigation to obtain statements. 

8:20 pm – Hit & Run – This resulted in approximately $1000 in damages. It happened in the 600 block of Hochelaga St. E 

10:52 pm – Mischief – A vehicle was vandalized in the 1000 block of Lillooet St. W.  This is still under investigation to obtain video footage and to speak to possible suspects. 

1:00 am – Intoxicated Person – The individual was arrested for public intoxication.  They will be held in custody until sober and released. 

1:03 am – Assist to Locate – The caller called back to notify that the subject had made it home. 

2:43 am – Dispute – An alcohol-fueled argument was mediated. The parties separated for the night. 

4:30 am – Well Being Check – The subject was located safe at a friend’s residence. 

Police assisted other agencies in five cases. 
Police responded to four alarm calls. 
Police executed one warrant. 
Police made two ASD demands.
