Police and Fire Report for June 25-26

Moose Jaw Police responded to 42 calls for service.   

8:40 am – A complainant was stating that his neighbour was trying to sell some of his items without permission. This matter is under investigation. 

8:51 am – Bike Theft – A Villiam BMX, grey in color, valued at $300 was reported as stolen. This was reported for information purposes. 

11:27 am – Disturbance – A subject was upset and causing a scene, and the individual was sent on their way. 

11:29 am – Unwanted Guest – The subject left upon police request. 

12:33 pm – MVA with Injuries – The subject was on a bicycle when struck by a vehicle. Minor injuries were reported, and there was no damage to the vehicle. 

3:04 pm – Wellbeing Check – The subject was transported to hospital and was left in their care. 

4:12 pm – Erratic Driving – This matter is under investigation to speak to the registered owner of the vehicle. 

5:09 pm – MVA – No damages were reported, one ticket was issued, and one driver was warned. 

6:59 pm – Disturbance – The subject was located and was spoken to. 

8:32 pm – Theft – This was a civil matter and the situation was mediated. 

9:17 pm – Erratic Driving – This matter is under investigation to speak to the registered owner. 

9:23 pm – Drug Possession – This matter is under investigation for charges. 

9:53 pm – Disturbance – The subject was located and was spoken to. 

10:18 pm – Dispute – A dispute took place between 2 parties. This is still under investigation for statements from those involved. 

10:34 pm – Impaired Driving – The subject was charged with impaired driving and their vehicle was seized. 

11:33 pm – Wellbeing Check – A subject was located and was found to be in good health. The individual was left in the care of family. 

12:09 am – Loud Party – The subjects were warned of the noise bylaw. 

12:36 am – Suspicious Person – The individual was located and was advised to stay off the complainant’s property.
