Moose Jaw Police responded to 39 calls for service.  

7:34 am – Wellbeing Check – The subject was located and taken to hospital by EMS and cleared by medical staff. The individual was later left in the care of family. 

8:13 am – Collision – A single vehicle hit a power pole.  No injuries were reported. There was one tow and approximately $10,000 in damages.  SaskPower was notified. 

9:04 am – Well Being Check – The subject was located and found to be okay. They were resting during a bike ride. 

10:01 am – Mischief – Sometime overnight a vehicle was damaged. The incident is still under investigation. 

10:25 am – Disturbance – One subject was found to be breaching their court ordered conditions. They were charged and released with a later court date. 

2:31 pm – Dispute – The subjects were spoken to and the situation was mediated. Resources were provided. 

3:21 pm – Dangerous Driving – Both drivers were spoken to and warned for their driving actions. 

3:36 pm – Dispute – The subjects were spoken to and the situation was mediated. 

5:29 pm – Unwanted Guest – The subject was located and left upon request. They were advised not to return to the property. 

6:08 pm – Dispute – The subjects were spoken to and the situation was mediated. Advice was given and they were provided with proper resources. 

7:37 pm – Dangerous Dog Bylaw – An off-leash dog was reported to have charged at a caller. Police were unable to locate the dog.  Pet owners are reminded that dogs are not to be at large at any time in city limits.  They are permitted off leash at the dog park. 

8:27 pm – Break and Enter – The incident is still under investigation for charges. 

9:09 pm – Collision – A two vehicle collision resulted in one minor injury, two tows and one ticket being issued. 

9:17 pm – Wellbeing Check – The subject was located and transported to hospital by EMS. They were left in the care of medical staff. 

9:41 pm – Erratic Driving – The owner was warned for excessive speed and passing. 

10:45 pm – Trespass – Vehicles attending fireworks were trespassing on Railway property.  The vehicles moved. 

12:53 am – Dispute – The subjects were spoken to and the situation was mediated. All parties involved were separated for the night. 

3:07 am – Impaired Driving – This was unfounded.  The driver had just returned to the city and they were fatigued and sleeping in the vehicle.  They blew a 0 on an Alcohol Screening Device. 

6:05 am – Mischief – 1300 block 12th Ave SW – Sometime overnight a vehicle was damaged. The incident is still under investigation.
