Moose Jaw Police responded to 41 calls for service.  

9:29 am – Shoplifting – An adult was observed stealing from a local business.  The subject was known, and a warrant was issued. 

9:54 am – Theft – Recycling was stolen from a residence.  The plate was obtained.  This is still under investigation to follow up with the vehicle owner. 

9:58 am – Break and Enter – 800 blk Hochelaga St E – A garage was broken into and property was stolen. This is still under investigation. 

12:01 pm – Parking Bylaw – The vehicle was parked longer than the 48-hour bylaw.  A ticket was issued. 

1:10 pm – Well Being Check – An adult was reportedly not feeling well.  The subject was located and was fine.  

1:40 pm – Well Being Check – An adult was noted to be looking “drugged up”.  The subject was located and transported to hospital by EMS. 

2:21 pm– Break and Enter – 200 blk Hochelaga St W – Activity was noted at a vacant residence.  The house was entered.  Nobody was present at the time of the check.  And the residence was secured. This is still under investigation. 

6:57 pm – Erratic Driving – Multiple callers called in about an adult driver, suspecting they were impaired.  The adult driver was located, found to be sober and was warned about their driving. 

9:37 pm – Dispute – Two adults were arguing outside a residence.  After investigation it was found that two roommates were not getting along.  Both left and will make property arrangements. 

10:53 pm – ASD Demand – An adult driver blew a “Pass”. 

11:21 pm – Loud Party – The homeowner was warned. 

11:41 pm – Suspicious Person – An adult was reported to be sleeping on the sidewalk with feet in the street.  An adult was trying to stay up all night.  They were advised to stay away from the street. 

12:43 am – Breach Conditional Sentence – An adult was not home for curfew as per their Court Order. The subject was breached and a warrant was issued. 

12:55 am – Erratic Driving – A vehicle was noted at a very high rate of speed, nearly hit a bicyclist, and the vehicle was not located.  The plate was obtained. This is still under investigation. 

3:57 am – Disturbance – Arguing in the yard of a residence was reported.  Upon arrival one culprit was walking intoxicated down the street. The subject was arrested and held until sober. 

Police responded to six 911 calls. 
Police assisted other organizations in eight cases. 
Police completed four wellbeing checks.
