Moose Jaw Police responded to 46 calls for service.

8:04 am – 100 Block Coteau St E – Theft – Sometime overnight a vehicle was entered and rummaged through. Miscellaneous items were taken, and this was reported for information purposes.

8:37 am – 300 Block Coteau St W – Mischief – Sometime overnight someone poured a sticky substance all over a vehicle, and this was reported for informational purposes.

9:57 am – 1200 Block Mayberry Cr – Fraud – A possible credit card fraud occurred in the amount of $1,100; police continue to investigate.

12:09 pm – 1300 Block 11th Ave SW – Unwanted Communication – A complainant was receiving unwanted Facebook communication, and they wanted the incident reported for informational purposes.

12:23 pm – 800 Block Chester Rd – Assist EMS – Moose Jaw Police assisted EMS with a patient.

7:30 pm – 1400 Block Caribou St E – Erratic Driver – There was a report of a black Honda Civic speeding in the area and headed towards the highway; the area was checked but the vehicle was gone.

7:35 pm – 200 Block Fairford St E – Hit and Run – A hit and run occurred earlier in the day. The damage looked like it could have been caused by a truck hitch. The damage was estimated at $400 and SGI forms were filled out.

9:55 pm – 1300 Block Main St N – Theft Under – A male scammed a business of approximately $85. Video was obtained, and police are still investigating to identify the subject.

11:18 pm – 300 Block Fairford St W – Noise Bylaw – Tenants were spoken to and advised to keep it down.

1:30 am – 1700 Block Caribou St W – Suspicious Vehicle – A vehicle was located and the driver was spoken to. This was not suspicious.

2:58 am – 700 Block 1st Ave NE – Mischief – There was a report of a subject trying car doors. The area was checked, but the subject was not located.

3:01 am – 1000 Block Athabasca St E –Dispute – A dispute took place between two parties over a rental agreement. Police spoke to the parties involved, advised them that the agreement is a civil matter, and gave them options.

3:18 am – 800 Block Caribou St E – Intoxicated Person – While doing a routine patrol police could hear a disturbance in the area. An intoxicated subject was located listening to tunes on the phone while walking home. The subject was taken home by police and left in the care of a sober caretaker.

Police issued four warrants for failures to attend court and fingerprints.
