Moose Jaw Police responded to 55 calls for service.

8:45 am – 11th Av NW at Grace St – Motor Vehicle Collision – This involved two vehicles, two tows, one minor injury, and $30,000 of damage.

9:15 am – 600 Main St N – Hit and Run – This occurred sometime between 8 am – 9:15 am, resulting in $1000 of damage.

10:19 am – 3rd Av NW at High St W – Dangerous Driver – A complainant stopped at an intersection for a pedestrian crossing the street. The male driver of another vehicle cut off the complainant and almost hit the pedestrian. The plate was obtained, and the driver is to be warned.

10:55 am – 1st Av NW at Athabasca St W – Motor Vehicle Collision – This involved two vehicles, two tows, and one person being charged with disobeying a red traffic light. There was approximately $7,500 of damage.

11:15 am – 1100 block 1st Av NE – Dispute – A verbal dispute occurred between two people; the situation was mediated by police.

12:02 pm – 1000 block Athabasca St W – Fraud – Police are still investigating.

1:08 pm – 1000 block 3rd Av NW – Hit and Run – This occurred sometime between 11 am - 12:30 pm. There was approximately $500 of damage.

1:12 pm – 900 block Montgomery St – Break and Enter – A garage was entered, and this is still under investigation.

2:30 pm – 0 block Aster Cr – Unwanted Guest – A male was arrested for public intoxication.

4:43 pm – 1200 block Main St N – Shoplifting – A female was charged with theft, breach of court order and possession of drugs. A female was also arrested on outstanding warrants and was released with a later court date.

6:11 pm – 600 block Laurier St – Dispute – An alcohol-fuelled argument took place between two people.  One person was arrested on outstanding warrants and was released with a later court date.

6:43 pm – 500 block Home St W – Dispute – An alcohol-fuelled argument took place between two people. One person left prior to police arrival.

7:16 pm – 200 block Iroquois St E – Assistance to Sick Person – The person was located and taken to hospital, where they were left in the care of staff and family.

5:21 am – 1000 block Coteau St W – Assist Ambulance – A person was transported to hospital by EMS. No police action was required.

Police responded to one alarm call.
Police completed one curfew check.
Police responded to three 911 calls.
Police executed four warrants.
