Moose Jaw Police responded to 36 calls for service.

7:38 am – 900 block Coteau St E – Assist Fire – Police were called to assist the fire department in a structure fire. The building was cleared. The cause for the fire is undetermined and there is approximately $80 000 of damage.

11:45 am – 300 block River St E – Unwanted Guest – A complainant called in regards to their tenant who has unauthorized transient people living in their suite. The subject was arrested on warrants.

12:44 pm – 9th Av NW at Athabasca St W – Vehicle Accident – Two vehicles were involved. There was one minor injury, one ticket issued for proceeding from a stop sign before safe and approximately $25 000 of damage.

3:25 pm – 700 block Stadacona St W – Break and Enter – A complainant called in regards to their residence being trashed and multiple items being stolen. Police are still investigating.

10:22 pm – 1600 block Main St N – Impaired – A subject blew a road side alcohol test and the result was a warning. The subject’s license was suspended for 60 days.

11:28 pm – 0 block Fairford St W – Vehicle Accident – A vehicle backed into a police car. Approximately $25 000 of damage was done and one ticket was issued for unsafe backing.

12:02 am – 100 block Lillooet St W – Breach of Court Order – A complainant called in regards to wanting a well-being check done on a family member. The subject was found to be intoxicated and was charged with breaching their court order.

12:41 am – 0 block High St E – Well Being Check – A complainant called in regards to being worried for their family member’s safety. Upon police arrival the subject was found to be in good health. The subject’s guest was arrested on warrants.

1:40 am – 0 block Woodlily Dr – Well Being Check – A complainant called in regards to wanting a family member to be checked on by police. Police talked with the subject, who said they were fine.

2:11 am – 1000 block Manitoba St E – Assault – A subject was assaulted in an alcohol-fuelled dispute. Police are still investigating for a statement.

3:50 am – 500 block Athabasca St W – Disturbance – A complainant called in regards to someone trespassing on their property. The subject was located and warned to not return.

Police responded to six 911 calls.
