Moose Jaw Police responded to 19 calls for service.

9:34 am – 1200 Block Mayberry Cres – Suspicious Occurrence – The back window of a vehicle was smashed out over night. They thought it may have been the cold, and there were no suspects or witnesses.

12:06 pm – 1200 Block Coteau St W – MVA – A vehicle hit a parked vehicle. No tows were required, and there were no injuries. One ticket was issued for driving too fast for road conditions.

12:52 pm – 500 Block Laurier St – Suspicious Person – A complainant stated that they could see someone sleeping under the stairs. Police attended to find a person who had had a dispute, which was over prior to police arrival. The person left upon request.

2:02 pm – 1300 Block Gordon Rd – Suspicious Occurrence – A complainant stated that they were receiving messages via an unknown app, with a few suspects in mind. Police spoke with all suspected parties and mediated the situation.

4:35 pm – 200 Block High St W – Hit & Run – Someone drove into the complainant’s vehicle. Approximately $3,500 damage was done, no transfer of paint occurred, and no debris was found.
