Police and Fire Report

Moose Jaw Police responded to 25 calls for service.

7:47 am – 1200 block Willow Av – Theft – A caller reported that their vehicle had been broken into. The damage to the vehicle is approximately $600. Police are still investigating to follow up with a suspect.

9:23 am – 300 block Main St N – Break and Enter – An establishment was broken into overnight. Money as well as various other items were stolen. Police are still investigating to view the video.

10:03 am – 600 block Main St N – Theft – Two chairs were stolen out of the box of a truck. Police are investigating to view the video.

11:46 am – 1300 block Caribou St W – Break and Enter – A storage locker was broken into. Police are investigating to speak with a suspect.

1:28 pm – 1^st Av NW at Athabasca St W – Vehicle Accident – An adult was hit by a vehicle while crossing the street. The subject was checked by EMS. No injuries were reported.

3:39 pm – 1100 block Athabasca St E – Dispute – A complainant called in regards to a dispute they were having with another adult. The complainant left the situation and will meet up with the subject once things have calmed down.

4:48 pm – 9^th Av NW at Caribou St W – Dangerous Driving – A caller reported a vehicle speeding through a school zone. The plate number was obtained and police are still investigating to speak with the registered owner of the vehicle.

5:19 pm – 300 block Wellington Dr – Fraud – A complainant provided their social insurance number to a telephone scam. The caller was advised to contact the appropriate agencies.

6:43 pm – 100 block Fairford St W – Dispute – An altercation fuelled by alcohol occurred between two adults. Both parties were charged with assault.

8:55 pm – 900 block Lillooet St W – Warrant Executed – An adult was brought to cells on two warrants. The subject will be held for court.

9:14 pm – 900 block Edmonton St – Impaired Driving – An adult subject was charged with driving under the influence. The subject was also issued a speeding ticket.

9:45 pm – 0 block Fairford St W – Warrant Executed – An adult was brought to cells on three warrants. The subject will be held for court.

11:24 pm – 100 block 1^st Av NW – Theft – A complainant called in regards to their personal property being stolen. Police are still investigating to view the video.
