7:38 am – 800 block Lillooet St W – Theft Under – Police are investigating to determine what property is missing.

8:59 am – Hall St W at 1st Ave NW – Mischief – Police are investigating to speak with the accused.

9:52 am – 1400 block Smith St – Theft Under – Police spoke to a youth and warned the individual regarding theft.

10:12 am – 100 block High St E – Parking Bylaw – A vehicle was issued a ticket for parking too close to the driveway.

10:53 am– 300 block Hochelaga St W – Theft of Bench – The theft occurred within the last two days. This was reported to police for departmental information.

11:10 am – 500 block Home St W – Two Vehicle Collision (Minor) – Police assisted with name exchange.

3:10 pm – 400 block Langdon Cr – Disturbance – No fight occurred; there was only a verbal argument. The parties left upon police request.

4:08 pm – 1600 block Rutherford St – Noise Bylaw – This was an ongoing issue with a vehicle idling excessively. Police are investigating to speak with the owner.

4:31 pm – 1100 block 3rd Ave NW – Hit & Run to Vehicle – It is unknown where or when this occurred. The damage is estimated at $2,000.

7:05 pm – 900 block 9th Ave SW – Breach of Court Order – This was unfounded. Police confirmed that indirect contact was allowed through the courts.

7:42 pm – 100 block Ross St E- Threats – A complainant was enticed to a fight and declined. The parties involved left the area.

7:55 pm – 600 block Ominica St W – Dispute Between Neighbours – A complainant was seeking options regarding ongoing issues with neighbours.

8:19 pm – 8th Ave SW at Coteau St W – Assault With a Weapon – An adult was charged with assault with a weapon and breach of probation. The individual was detained in cells to be released in front of a Justice of the Peace in the morning and is to attend court at a later date.

8:38 pm – 1200 block 11th Ave SW – Noise Bylaw – A resident was spoken to regarding the noise bylaw.

12:11 am – 0 block Maple St E – Mischief – The window of a residence was damaged with a pellet gun by an unknown person. Police continue to investigate.

12:23 am – 200 block Home St E – Disturbance – Police spoke to a group of people who were celebrating a friend’s wedding. They left upon police request.

1:08 am – 800 block Elgin Ave – Dog Barking – Police are investigating to speak with the dog owner.

3:02 am – 1100 block 1st Ave NW – Wellbeing Check – A subject was contacted and is fine. Police will speak to the complainant in the morning.
