Police responded to 50 calls for service.

10:08 am – 800 block 7^th Ave NE – Disturbance – A male was arrested and charged with Assault, Assault Causing, Forcible Confinement, Mischief Over and two counts of Breach of Court Order.  The male was detained in cells for court in the morning.

10:54 am – 1000 block 6^th Ave NW – Theft from Vehicle – An unlocked vehicle was entered sometime overnight, with miscellaneous property being taken.

11:34 am – 800 block Elgin Ave – Theft from Vehicle – A theft from an unlocked vehicle occurred sometime this morning, with miscellaneous property being taken.

2:06 pm – 1000 block 3^rd Av NE – Harassing Calls – There was a dispute over text messaging, Both parties are to be spoken to.

6:07 pm – 800 block Chester Rd – Theft Under – There was a dispute over property; it was a civil matter.

6:23 pm – 300 block 9^th Ave SW – Motor Vehicle Accident – This involved two vehicles, $5000 in damage, two tows, and no charges.

7:03 pm – Oxford St W at 5^th Ave NW – Hit and Run – A suspect vehicle plate was obtained. Police are still investigating.

7:42 pm – 500 block 4^th Av SW – Assault – Police are still investigating.

7:59 pm – 800 block Ominica St E – Assault/Bullying – The kids and parents were spoken to, and the situation was mediated.

9:09 pm – 1000 block Albert St – Well Being Check – A female was located and was fine.

9:40 pm – 0 block Diefenbaker Dr – Assistance to Hospital – There was a report of a female being violent and destroying property. The individual is to be charged with Assault, Assault Police Officer and Mischief.

11:24 pm – 1000 block Grace St – Dispute – There was a dispute between two individuals, who were then separated for the night. The situation was mediated.

3:16 am – 900 block Stadacona St W – Breach of Probation – A male was charged with breaching his no contact clause; the male was given an appearance notice with a later court date.

4:16 am – 700 block Hochelaga St W – Mischief – There was a report of a male possibly trying to enter vehicles in area. No entry was gained, there was minor damage to a vehicle, and the male was gone on police arrival.
