Moose Jaw Police responded to 32 calls for service.

8:26 am – Threats – A complainant was receiving threats over social media. This is still under investigation.

10:01 am – Restraining Order – A complainant came to police station to speak with an officer regarding a restraining order. No grounds for an order. Advice was given.

10:31 am – Alarm Call – Police attended to a house alarm. The owner was home and confirmed it was a false alarm.

11:32 am – Fraud – A subject cashed a fraudulent check, and police were able to identify the suspect. This is still under investigation.

2:46 pm – Assault – A complainant was assaulted by a suspect. The suspect was arrested.

3:15 pm – Harassing Calls – A complainant came into the police station regarding calls from an unwanted person. The suspect was warned.

3:42 pm – Wellbeing Check – A complainant was concerned about a subject. The police checked on the victim and it was a misunderstanding. Everything was ok.

4:31 pm – MVA – A two vehicle motor vehicle accident resulted in injuries.  Four were transported to hospital and approximately $32,000 in damage resulted. One ticket was issued.

5:13 pm – Dispute – Two subjects were arguing and damaging property. Police arrived and the subjects were warned to stay off the property

5:11 pm – Break and Enter – The complainant attended to the police station to report a break and enter that occurred at a storage unit. This is still under investigation.

6:51 pm – False Alarm – A local business panic alarm was going off. Police attended and it was a false alarm.

7:49 pm – Threats – A complainant was having issues with a subject leaving threatening messages and voicemails. Police spoke to the subjects and they were warned of their actions.

4:18 am – Obstruct Peace Officer – A subject took off on foot from a police officer after a vehicle was pulled over.

Police responded to three 911 calls.
Police executed two warrants.
Police assisted other agencies in five cases.
