Moose Jaw Police responded to 36 calls for service.

9:12 am – Fraud – A subject took a cab from a location and failed to pay the fare. This is still under investigation.

9:33 am – PACT – A follow up was completed.

10:04 am – PACT – A follow up was completed. 

10:16 am – MVA Over – A two vehicle accident resulted in $5000 of damage, no injuries, no tow and no out of province plates. Police assisted with a name exchange.

1:05 pm – Fraud – A subject took a cab from a location and failed to pay the fare. This is still under investigation.

1:25 pm – Parking Bylaw – A vehicle had been parked in the same location for 4 days. The registered owner was contacted and moved the vehicle.

2:31 pm - Theft – Items were stolen from an address. There were no suspects or witnesses. This is still under investigation.  

2:44 pm – MVA Injury – A two vehicle accident resulted in $20,000 of damage, one injury, and one charge for proceeding from a stop sign before it was safe.

3:03 pm – Well Being Check – A complainant was concerned about the well-being of a subject. The subject was located in good health.

4:48 pm – Property Lost – A complainant lost property and wished to report it for information purposes.

6:52 pm – Parking Bylaw – A vehicle was parked in the same location for a long period of time. The registered owner was contacted and the vehicle was moved.

8:20 pm – Assist to Locate – A youth was reported to be missing. The youth was located and returned home safely.

9:40 pm – Driving Erratic – A vehicle was reported be driving erratically. This is still under investigation to speak with the registered owner.

9:58 pm – Assist Ambulance – EMS requested assistance with a subject. The subject was assisted and left in good health.

10:23 pm – Assault – A subject was to be charged with assault and was held for court.  

1:06 am – Dispute – Two parties were having a verbal dispute. The situation was mediated.

Police responded to seven 911 calls.
Police completed one curfew check.
Police responded to two alarm calls.
Police executed two warrants.
Police assisted other government agencies in five cases.
Police charged three for breaches of recognizance.
PACT responded on three occasions.
