Moose Jaw Police responded to 37 calls for service.

7:43 am – Assist Ambulance – Police assisted EMS with a cardiac arrest. The patient was in stable condition.

9:35 am – Noise Bylaw – A complainant called in regards to music being too loud. Charges are pending.

9:41 am – Hit and Run – Between January 10 and February 10 a vehicle was hit, causing approximately $7500 in damage.

11:20 am – MVA Over – A two vehicle collision occurred. There were no injuries and approximately $4000 in damage. One person was charged with failing to yield.

12:19 pm – Suspicious Occurrence – Recurring phone calls to various businesses were taking place,. The caregiver of the suspect was notified and the issue was resolved.

12:23 pm – Theft – Approximately $200 worth of tools were stolen from a resident. This is still under investigation.

1:55 pm – Break and Enter – Within the last 3 days approximately $200 worth of tools was stolen from a garage. This is still under investigation.

2:14 pm – Missing Person – An adult was calling in regards to a missing youth. Police assisted and the youth was located safe. There was a miscommunication between both parties.

2:36 pm – Erratic Driving – A vehicle headed toward the highway jumped a meridian and cut off oncoming traffic. This is still under investigation to contact the registered owner.

3:59 pm – Theft – A subject stole a phone from a business. Police retrieved video footage, and the subject was identified and is to be charged with theft.

4:39 pm – Unwanted Guest – A business called with a recurring unwanted guest on the property. The subject was gone on arrival and police gave the complainant some options for future reference.

5:08 pm – Suspicious Person – A business called in regards to a theft in the past and the suspect had now returned. The suspect has been banned from the business.

6:09 pm – Assault – Police were called to a residence in regards to an assault. The victim was taken to hospital to have their injuries checked.  This is still under investigation for a statement once the victim is sober.

6:13 pm – Assist to Locate – An adult had left home yesterday morning and had not returned. Police were notified a few hours later that they had returned home.

4:56 am – Break and Enter – Unfounded – An adult was seen going into an “empty” house.  It was the homeowner returning home – no break in.

5:46 am – Assist Sick Person – An individual was having drug induced hallucinations.  The individual refused to go to hospital, and a friend will come and look after them.

Police responded to seven 911 calls.
PACT responded on two occasions.
Police charged four with failures to appear for court.
