Police and Fire Report

Moose Jaw Police responded to 52 calls for service.  

9:29 am - A suspicious male at the bank was sent on his way.

10:51 am – Dispute – This was mediated.

11:10 am – Mischief to Vehicle – This is still under investigation.

12:46 pm – Two Vehicle Accident – This resulted in approximately $20,000 of damage.  One ticket was issued for proceeding from a stop sign before it was safe.

1:26 pm – Assistance to Sick Person – No police action was needed.

1:34 pm – Theft from Motor Vehicle – Change, CDs and other property were taken.

1:34 pm – Attempted Theft – The subject returned property.

2:15 pm – Police received a report of snowmobiles riding around on the street.  The snowmobiles were not located.

3:17 pm – Erratic Driving – The registered owner was spoken to and was warned regarding their driving actions.

3:28 pm – Assist to Locate – The subject was located and was taken home.

3:31 pm – Dispute – The parties involved were spoken to and advised that the situation was a civil matter.

5:19 pm – Unwanted Guest – The subject was arrested on outstanding warrants.  They were released for court at a later date.

6:04 pm – Theft – Medication was stolen from a vehicle.

7:32 pm – Dispute/Wellbeing Check – The subjects were spoken to and all was good.

8:25 pm – Single Vehicle Accident – There were no injuries and approximately $7,000 of damage.

9:37 pm – Assault – A male was arrested and was charged with assault.  The subject was released for court at a later date.

10:13 pm – Erratic Driver – The area was checked and police were unable to locate the vehicle.

10:21 pm – Wellbeing Check – All was good.

10:43 pm – Intoxicated Person – The subject was able to make it home.

5:48 am – Dispute – The parties were separated and the situation was mediated.
