Moose Jaw Police responded to 43 calls for service.

8:23 am – Hit and Run – Sometime overnight a cattle liner trailer was hit. The damage was estimated at $5,000, and SGI forms were filled out and submitted.

8:29 am – Assist EMS – Police assisted EMS with a patient.

9:08 am – Threats – A complainant received third hand information that someone was threatening to damage their property. Police are to speak to the other party involved.

9:52 am – Assist EMS – Police assisted EMS with a patient.

11:14 am – Parking Bylaw – A vehicle was parked on the street for over a week with a flat tire. The tires were marked, and police are to check back.

1:00 pm – Theft from Vehicle – Sometime overnight a vehicle was rummaged through and a fuel card was stolen. There was no damage to the vehicle, and this was reported for information purposes.

3:35 pm – Assist other Police – Moose Jaw Police Service assisted in detaining a prisoner for CP Police.

3:54 pm – Breach Recognizance – A subject was arrested for breaching a no contact condition. They were held in cells for court Tuesday.

4:17 pm – Dispute – A dispute took place between two parties; options were provided.

5:16 pm – Unwanted Guest – Police received a report of an unwanted guest. The subject had left prior to police arrival.

5:24 pm – Drugs Possess – Crystal meth was found on a person. The subject was charged and held in cells for court Tuesday.

5:26 pm – Dispute – A dispute between two parties involved name calling on facebook. The subject was provided with options.

6:56 pm – Intoxicated Person – A subject was found sleeping in the vestibule of a premise. The subject was arrested for being drunk in public and was held in cells until sober.

7:07 pm – MVA – A two vehicle accident resulted in $15,000 of damage, 1 tow, and no injuries.

7:22 pm – Flee From Police – The subject was located and charged, and is to be released in the morning with several conditions for a later court date.

8:47 pm – Dispute – Police spoke to all parties involved. The dispute was mediated.

9:21 pm – Unwanted Guest – The subject was gone prior to police arrival.

9:47 pm – Police assisted in arranging transient aid for the night.

10:03 pm – Noise Bylaw – There was a report of construction workers continuing to work past 10pm. Police attended and asked them to shut it down for the night. They were warned under the noise bylaw.

11:56 pm – Unwanted Guest – There was a report of someone knocking on the door. It turned out to be the landlord looking to speak with the subject. There was nothing suspicious.

3:13 am – Break and Enter – Police responded to an alarm call at a business. The building was secured at the business owner’s request. Police are to obtain video from the owner and a list of what is missing.

3:47 am – Suspicious Vehicle – A suspicious vehicle was seen driving around the area. The area was checked and the vehicle was not located.

4:20 am – A subject was issued a ticket for having open alcohol in a vehicle.

Police executed three warrants.
Police responded to two alarm calls.
