Police and Fire Report

Moose Jaw Police responded to 42 calls for service. 

7:55 am – Break and Enter – A hole was cut in a fence. Bolt cutters were left at the scene.  Police are still investigating.

8:25 am – 2 Vehicle Accident – One vehicle was towed, and there was approximately $1000 of damage. No injuries were reported.

8:49 am – Assistance to Sick Person – The person was left in care of a physician.

9:04 am – Assistance to Sick Person – They were taken to hospital and left in their care.

1:46 pm – Assist Ambulance – Assistance was given with a violent patient.  No further action was required.

2:59 pm – Wellbeing Check Requested – The complainant was advised to seek a Mental Health Warrant.

5:38 pm – Assault – Neither wished any police action.  Both parties were uncooperative.

5:52 pm – Assault – All parties were spoken to.  Statements were taken.  Further investigation is required.

6:01 pm – Mischief – Kids were throwing rocks at windows.  One window cracked.  The suspects are to be located and spoken to. 

6:05 pm – Dispute – A verbal dispute took place between family members.  No further police action was required.

7:42 pm – Dispute – Two people were on the street having an argument.  One person left; the other did not wish to speak with police.

8:08 pm – Suspicious Person – A person was yelling and acting strange.  They left on police request. 

8:16 pm – Unwanted Guest – A person was detained for causing a disturbance and being intoxicated.

9:59 pm – Assistance to Sick Person – A person was taken to hospital. 

10:44 pm – Intoxicated Person – The subject was located and was held in cells until sober.

12:26 am – Unwanted Guest – The subject left upon police request.
