Moose Jaw Police responded to 39 calls for service.
7:31 am – Dispute –Dispute between two parties, dispute mediated. Moose Jaw Police also located a subject missing out of another jurisdiction, police agency notified.
9:27 am – Impaired Driving – Subject charged with impaired driving and exceed .08, vehicle seized for 30 days and subject had an indefinite licence suspension.
10:50 am – Impaired Driving - Subject charged with refusal.
11:43 am – Theft from Vehicle – Sometime overnight a window was smashed out on a vehicle, person entered the vehicle stealing several items, loss estimated at $3,900, still under investigation to view video.
12:55 pm – Shoplifting – Subject stole merchandise from a store, still under investigation to view video footage.
12:59 pm – Unwanted Guest – Subject located sleeping on private property, police assisted subject in obtaining a room at the Riverside Mission.
1:34 pm – Possible theft of Vehicle – Report of someone driving with a flat tire, determined subject was the owner of the vehicle and just got a flat, no further police action needed.
3:59 pm – Police assisted another agency in locating an individual and returning them to their care.
4:24 pm – Threats – Subject threatening to get violent if complainant didn’t leave the room, subject charged with utter threats.
4:36 pm – Break and Enter – A lock was cut on a storage unit and some property was taken, police continue to investigate.
4:39 pm – Driving Dangerous – Report of dangerous driving with plate number obtained, still under investigation to speak to the registered owner.
5:58 pm – Complainant receiving threats from another person, police continue to investigate.
6:30 pm – Report of a gas drive off valued at $110, still under investigation to view video footage.
6:35 pm – Report of a gas drive off valued at $50, still under investigation to view video footage.
7:25 pm – Dispute between two parties, spoke with one party at the police station, didn’t wish to provide a statement for further police involvement.
7:40 pm – Impaired Driver – Driver was seen swerving all over, slowing down and speeding up, subject charged with impaired driving and exceed .08, vehicle seized for 30 days.
9:55 pm – ASD Demand – Result was a warning, three day vehicle seizure and 3 day licence suspension.
11:58 pm – Dispute – Dispute between two parties with one subject deciding to go stay with family for the night.
2:03 am - Dispute in a licenced establishment between two males with one male pulling a hand gun on another male, no one was injured, police continue to investigate.
2:09 am – Barking Dog – Report of a dog barking for the last 15 minutes, no dog barking upon police arrival, complainant to provide statement for possible charges.
2:39 am – Well Being Check – Complainant concerned for the well-being of a friend, subject located in fine health.
2:55 hours – Dispute – Dispute between two parties, spoke to both parties involved, one party agreed to stay at a friends for the night, dispute mediated.
