The second-added Garth Brooks concert on Friday, August 9th at Regina's Mosaic Stadium has an opener. 

Brett Kissel will take to the stage at 7:00 PM to warm up the crowd for the country legend. More seats have also been added to the show and go on sale Tuesday at 10:00 AM.
