He has fresh, new, requested reports ready to present to Moose Jaw City Council Monday night.

City Manager Gary McKay has some recommendations on public consultation and a possible private/public partnership forming as we strive to build a new multiplex in Moose Jaw.

McKay says while public consultation and agreements are good "but we can't lose sight of the financial implications because with council's commitment of $15million dollars, whether the projects 40 million or more or less, we've still got that hurdle between the city and the community to bridge that gap to allow this project to go forward."

We'll hear more about the future of the proposed multiplex at City Council Monday night as the regular meeting gets underway at 6:30pm.
