It wasn't very much after all, but it sure helped to cool things off a bit. 

Moose Jaw was largely missed by that summer storm that rolled through the province on August 17th. The skies were unsettled for much of the day, dropping little bits of rain here and there. The most significant activity actually came before the majority of the city was even up in the morning with a couple millimeters falling during a thundershower to start the day.

A cooling trend has now taken over but it won't last long. Sunshine and heat will return for the rest of the week.
